Verified LLC Filing Schedule Checker

Check verified state filing schedules for your LLC. Exact dates are currently provided only where Foreign Founder has an officially sourced, machine-readable rule; other jurisdictions receive no guessed deadline.

The tool cannot confirm whether you already filed. Tax, federal, licensing, registered-agent, and other obligations may not be included. Results are educational and are not legal or tax advice.

Verified State Filing Schedule

Exact dates are calculated only when Foreign Founder has a structured, officially verified schedule. Other states are not guessed.

Defaults to today when you calculate.

Select a jurisdiction and formation date, then calculate.

No date is calculated before you submit the form.

Why Schedule Verification Matters

Filing names, first-due rules, intervals, and responsible agencies vary by jurisdiction. This checker calculates a date only when those fields are represented in verified structured data.

What the result can and cannot tell you

  • A previous expected date means a filing may have been due; it does not prove the filing was missed.
  • The checker does not access state filing records or know whether you already submitted a report.
  • Unverified jurisdictions show no date, anniversary fallback, or countdown.
  • Confirm the result against official records or a qualified professional before relying on it.

Obligations Outside This Checker

1. Taxes and franchise obligations

Tax obligations are separate from Secretary of State periodic filings and are not assigned a due date unless a future verified tax model explicitly supports them.

2. Federal obligations

Federal tax and beneficial-ownership requirements are outside this state periodic filing calculation. Verify current federal rules with the responsible agency.

3. Licenses and registered-agent obligations

Business licenses, local filings, registered-agent renewals, and industry-specific duties may apply but are not included here.
